What Causes Small Orange Tissue Like Specks In Stool?

i am a 40 year old male. I am noticing small orane tissue-like specks in my stool as of late. I have been seeing several doctors lately trying to determine some gastro problems, no co ncrete diagnosis has been made yet. All the test and exams that have been performed keep coming back negative

That orange specks may be fibers of the food you take. An important thing that may be done is both colonoscopy and Upper GI endoscopy. But first get your baseline investigations done like ESR, CRP and CBC
