What Causes Small Lump That Contains Two Hard Little Balls On Vagina Lip?

Hi. I had a small lump on my vagina lip -- which I thought was an ingrown hair and I felt it that there were two little hard balls in there. I gave it a gentle squeeze and realized something was coming out of it. I squeezed both of the little hard balls out and something came out. It was solid. It doesn t hurt and I feel okay. It just smelled bad and I am not sure what it is.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicle. I recommend to maintain a good hygiene. I also suggest using an over the counter antibiotic such as Neosporin cream for local application.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
