Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

A skin infection could lead to an increased risk for infection after surgery. But other skin disorders do not impose any problems to surgery. For this reason, I recommend consulting with a dermatologist for a physical exam in order to exclude a possible skin infection.

Hope to have been helpful! Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing all the best.

Regards,
