What Causes Small Blood Blisters On Lower Leg?

I have started to notice these small blood blisters on my lower leg. What could cause this. When i looked on line about it i saw that a guy had them on his leg and testicles. Then it hit me that i have some on mine as well. What could this be could it be cancer or should i not worry about it.

from all that you describe it seems to have petechiae, which are small (1–2 mm) red or purple spot on the skin, prapably caused by damage or broken capillary blood vessels.
usually the causes of petechiae are:
-physical trauma
-Non-infectious conditions and infectious conditions
you have to contact your doctor to evaluate the situation and to find the reason of this condition.
