What Causes Small Blisters In The Pubic Area And Anal Opening?

I have these white small blisters with what looks like water in them that appear in my pubic area and around my anus. They pop within a few hours and turn into a small sore that quickly scabs over and heals on its own. There is no pain at all and no itching. A few of the sore would peel and get a bit bigger. What is this?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having folliculitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a shirt course of oral antibiotic like levofloxacin 250mg twice daily.
4. Other treatment options are higher antibiotics like rifampicin, linezolid and NSAID medicines taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
