What Causes Slight Pneumonia Along With Fever And Breathlessness?

My 11month old is running a fever of between 101.4 to 101.9, I took him to the er last Saturday and they treated him for slight pneumonia, come Monday he was better and for the rest of the week as well. Today he started with a fever.no sign like usual of short breath or anything..

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fever is a single symptom in infants which accompanied large number of disorders in infants.
A clinical assessment of all organ systems is required to find out the cause of infection.
As you have mentioned that your baby suffered from pneumonia, there is a possibility that the pneumonia has re-cured.
I suggest you to consult your pediatrician for clinical assessment and investigations
