What Causes Slight Fever, Muscle Pain, Dizziness And Nausea?

Hi! I am experiencing slight fever, my muscles are aching, dizziness and the urge to vomit but never happen. Sometimes, the fever is gone and it comes back. I was thinking it was due to my tonsils. My tonsils are already large at birth. I don't feel any pain in swallowing and I don't experience pain swallowing though.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Experiencing slight fever, aching muscles, dizziness and urge to vomit (nausea) are related to viral infection. The symptoms will subside in few days.

I advise to:
- increase fluids intake : water, juice, tea
- take painkillers you find over the counter
- keep good hygiene of your throat
- do gargle with water and salt
- take 1 teaspoon of olive oil and honey

If the symptoms will get worse, or anything unusual you will notice, then, should contact your doctor as soon as possible.

Wish fast recovery!
