What Causes Sleepy Feeling In Afternoon After Walk?
Ok, I am 62, My height is 5 2 and weigh 127. I put in 7 1/2 - 8 hours of sleep each night. I take 2 breaks; in the am at work I walk outside 15 min and feel great when done but its the afternoon I seem to get sleepy after my 15 min walk. Within the next 20 minutes, I snap out of it. Is this something to worry about?

Your symptoms are nothing to worry about. In old age this is common. In case you find it troubling, i would like you get your haemoglobin tested to rule out anemia, and other vitamin deficiency.
