I am a 60 yr old man who has insomnia. I have just been checked for sleep apnea but that was negative. I just simply have always had trouble sleeping and it s getting much worse. I have not slept for over 2 days now and I m dead tired. What can I do?
You can follow sleep hygiene practices: Avoid daytime naps. Donot take heavy fatty meals at bedtime. Avoid tea alcohol coffee after evening time. Take warm water bath and have a glass. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
