What Causes Sleeplessness While On Deplin And An Antidepressant?
If I take any antidepressant or natural serotonin booster (Deplin), my sleep is destroyed after one or two weeks. It happens every time and takes one to two weeks after discontinuing meds that sleep comes back. I have been plagued with this for 20 years and either I live with no sleep and I mean no sleep or live with depression and have decent sleep.
