What Causes Sleeplessness At Night Followed By Nausea In The Morning?
I can t sleep more than a few hours at a time at night. I am usually nauseous when I wake up in the morning. I can t think straight anymore. All this has been going on in the last couple of years. 10 months ago I fell on ice and broke some ribs at elbow length in the back and lately it has been hurting there when I lay on my left side.
