What Causes Sleeplessness And Upper Back Pain Along With Burning Sensation?

I HAVE BEEN HAVING UPPER BACK PAIN WITH OCCASIONAL BURNING FEELING. I HAVE TRIED SLEEPING WITH NO PILLOW, TWO PILLOWS, BEN GAY AND HEATING PAD. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND I AM HAVING TROUBLE SLEEPING BECAUSE OF THIS. I EVEN TRIED SLEEPING ON A DIFFERENT BED BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO HELP. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns

My opinion is that you have myositis in the upper back muscle.I advise you to receive strong muscle relaxant before sleep and strong NSAID DAILY withe proper positioning during sleep.
