What Causes Sleeplessness And Breathlessness With Breast Pains?
hi.i am 27 years old lady. After having dinner I am getting burps and not getting sleep in night.My left side of breast becomes heavy and pains. When i lay down its sometimes difficult to breath also.So i sit down until all burps are finished and then trying to sleep.what can i do.

Take dinner 2 hour before going to sleep.
Don't take sleep in afternoon.
Do some exercise.
In afternoon take light meal.
In dinner take heavy meal.
