What Causes Skipped Heart Beat And Lightheadedness?
my heart stops for about one beat and then starts again i then feel light headed and also feel the blood rush to my head this happens though out the day every day. I have had stress tests done twice ekgs, heart monitors nothing shows up. but its now stopping longer and the pressure i feel in my head is stonger. its starting to scarr me.

Avoid stimulants like caffeine, theophylline or guarine as well as decongestants, bleu cheese. Generally, avoid alcohol but especially dark beer and heavy, red wines.
