Hello, and I hope I can help you today.
If the "moles" you have are in the same spot under both breasts in the same vertical line as your nipples, I suspect you may have accessory or supernumerary nipples rather than moles. They may come and go relative to your hormones in your menstrual cycle and are frequently mistaken for moles.
Accessory or supernumerary nipples (you can look at a good definition summary on Wikipedia) are actually quite common, both in women and men. They are not harmful but they can grow in women during
pregnancy and become uncomfortable. They usually are a fleshy color similar to the color of your areolas.
It also is possible that you do just have
skin tags because you can get them from chafing under your breasts even if you don't wear underwires. Squeezing a skin tag will make it bleed because it has blood vessels in it just like real skin.
The best way to find out what these "moles" are is to have one of them removed and sent to a laboratory to be analyzed. You may find that you may feel better having it removed if your bra bothers it anyway. Either a
dermatologist or a breast specialist can perform this- a breast specialist may be more familiar with the appearance of accessory nipple tissue.
I hope my advice was helpful and that I adequately answered your question today. Best wishes, Dr. Brown
