What Causes Skin Near Fibroma Removal Area Be Numb And Bruised?

I had a fibroma removed from my cheek near my lower lip this afternoon. The novacaine is wearing off, except for the sight of injection where it is still very numb. The are surrounding the injection (no necessarily where the procedure took place) is pale white and bruised. Is this normal, or something to be concerned about?

Dermatologist 's  Response
No it is normal .It is due to some vascular injury during procedure .wait for few more days it will subside by itself.
