What Causes Skin Growth Near Anal Region After Hair Removal?

hi doctor. i shaved two weeks ago (as i normally do) and then just a week after, i found some skin growing below my vagina near my anus? i tried to scratch to see it if can be removed but it bled. ive been putting some antibacterial cream for a week now and it seems nothing is happening. its neither itchy nor painful. i touched it again tonight and it bled and i felt it increased in size ( the shape is like that of one piece of rice, literally, very small and its texture is rough, its like some skin). what could this be please?

Thank you for query.Your age and sexual intercourse history is not clear.By the history it appears that it may be as simple as skin tag,or traumatic wound etc .so as it is not subsiding please consult a doctor to rule out these or else.It may require some minor procedure in need be.
