What Causes Skin Growth In Vagina?
A few months ago I noticed a lump at the opening of my vagina. It looks like a torn? Piece if skin which now hangs lose at the anal side of the vaginal opening and if feel like I want to rip/cut it off or somehow remove it. It doesn't hurt and feels like scar tissue but has only appeared recently, so I was worried if this could be a growth or warts. Though, have felt inside and there doesn't appear to be any lumps inside. Please advise. Thanks

This could be part of hymen ( You have not mentioned your age ) no need to cut this off, and this would not cause any harm, still I would like to advise you to get done the clinical examination for perfect diagnosis, take care.
