General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

The black palm and fingers could be photo-dermatitis due to which hyper-pigmentation has occurred.

I treat such cases with a combination of skin lightening cream like melalite xl in night and sunscreen in day.

You can also try these.

For skin whitening you can use kojic acid based preparations like kojic acid soap or kojic acid cream.

Also take vitamin C and vitamin E which is also helpful to whiten the darker skin areas.

If problem persist then you should see dermatologist for further treatment.

Regards,

I find this answer helpful
