What Causes Sinus Pressure, Headache And Fatigue?

I have been feeling ill, sinus pressure, very light headache, and fatigue. I had similar feeling last year and went to dr had a ct scan, blood test, and chest X-ray. Everything came back normal. What can cause this feeling? I have a fear of having cancer however have gotten multiple checks and all Came back negative, could it be sinus pressure? Please help!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of feeling ill, sinus pressure, light headed and fatigue. This has recurred after one year when all the tests including the CT scan were normal.
If everything is normal, there is no need to worry about cancer.
Secondly, This may just be due to flu or say.
Take symptomatic treatment of anti-inflammatory medicines ans so on.
Tests may be required only if there is no relief within a few days.
