What Causes Sinus Pain And One Sided Nasal Drip Despite Taking Doxycyline?

I finished Doxy cylcine yesterday after - flu like symptoms of due to what I thought could have been lyme disease. 3Today, I have pain in my sinuses, especially when I bend, weird nasal dripping on one side, my molar teeth hurt in the back on both sides. Everything smells funny. Could I have a sinus infection that rebounded in less than 36 hours after finishing a 10 day (which I delayed two doses) of an antibiotic. Should I go to the doctor soon or just wait and see?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the viral infection then no need to take the antibiotic but it will come around on its own, but it may not be even viral infection and it could be some nonspecific symptoms just be patience and come out of the stress and it will be alright hope this information helps.
