What Causes Sick Feeling And Dizzy Spells?

hi for the past 3 weeks iv been feeling really sick from the first thing in the morning until tea time and today i started having dizzy spells and i havent had a period 4 5 weeks but i have the implant in my arm and iv dont a pregnancy test at docs and it came back negative. just wondered if you could help me figure out what is going on

Hi,
You did not mention if the implant is reaching the expiry period. Sometimes, while on hormone contraception like the implants and the depo shots, the efficacy gets lesser leading to failures, as the dead line approaches and also as weight gain occurs as a result of the hormones. This is because the device dose not supply the sufficient amount of hormone required by the body to give protection against conception. Please see a specialist for a clinical appraisal, get a trans-vaginal sonogram and a blood test for pregnancy. Hope this helps.
