What Causes Sick After Drinking Vodka?

Feeling so sick this morning after an evening of drinking vodka. Its that bad that when I move slightly I nearly throw up. Have taken 50mg of cyclizine but it doesn t seem to be helping. Any advice please? Need to get up and do things but no chance of that right now..

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of feeling sick this morning after an evening of drinking Vodka, throw up on moving slightly, 50 mg of cyclizine not helping, can not get up and do things, wants advise.
The short history indicates that you have two problems:
Gastritis due to Vodka and the foods you must have taken yesterday.
Central action on brain due to Vodka.
Both of these cause vomiting even on moving as you have mentioned.
I would advise you the following:
PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid gel every three hours.
Domperidone after some gap as you have already taken Cyclizine.
Bed rest- go for sleep, it helps reduce the problems.
