General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.

For that you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment. Heating pads will also help.

Do regular physical therapy. In case of not getting relief, you may require X Ray and electrocardiogram after physician consultation

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
