What Causes Shoulder, Elbow And Hand Pain With A Knot And Rash?
I also had a shingle shot a few months back, and right arm and fingers hurt. Today, I could not throw a ball because of the shoulder, elbow and hand hurting. This was not present till a week or two after a knot and Hugh rash appeared at the site of the shot. Could it have damaged my muscle or caused some form of arthritis?

I have studied your case. You are suffering from post herpes myalgia and rediculopathy. This take some time to heal and can be there after one year of viral infection. So I would suggest you following.
1.Tablet Amytryptalin 25 mg one daily at night time.
2.Tablet Pregabalin m one daily at night time.
3.Hot water fomentaion.
