Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your pain is basically due to gastritis. And if you have any gastroesophageal reflux disease then its common symptoms. Kindly take Esomeprazole twice daily before food to control gastritis. Also use Mucaine syrup which helps in reduction of pain. Come back to us if its not reducing. Get one ECG done to rule out heart problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Archana
