What Causes Shortness Of Breath?
HI. I am a 63 year old female. I have noticed the past month that when i do a lot of yard work I have very shortness of breath and once inside and trying to catch my breath I start coughing. I usually cough a lot and wheeze some. Usually lasts until I go to bed. Lately also notice it happens when I get to warm. Any suggestions?

Shortness of breathing is occur in allergic Pt. Where lung gets more work in short time. It causes not proper oxidation of body due to congestion of lungs. There may also increased mucus inside them. Avoide to go pollution area z and work also
