What Causes Shortness Of Breath While Talking?
Most of the time when i speak i have shortness of breath especially when i have to speak long sentences . i don t smoke and my chest xray is always clear when we have our annual physical exam so it may not have something to do with my lungs. Although i have to say that i get anxious most of time since i m a worry freak. I really need to have this check as it affects my job as a recruiter. Please advise whom i need to consult.

brethlessness while talking incase , if all your investigations come normal can be due to anxiety.
you need to see a psychiatrist to evaluate yourself for social anxiety disorder , but u need to consult a pulmonologist also to evaluate yourself first for any organic lung disorder.
