What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Tiredness And Dizziness?

I have been feeling dizzy in hot showers. After ten mins in the bathroom, I feel like I am about to faint. It makes me feel very tired and causes shortage of breathe as well. I get shivers when I come out and my head just keeps spinning. I am living in a cold weather area, and cant eliminate the hot showers. Could you please suggest what should be done? Do I have troubles with my blood pressure, or could I be anemic? Thanks in advance.

Well come to HCM
First possibility would be due to poor ventilation in your bathroom this may cause poor oxygen in bathroom due to hot shower, and this is very common situation noted of fainting, and not due to any disease, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
