What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Tiredness And Concentration Difficulty?

What causes these symptoms; short of breath feeling like my hearts fluttering. Tired and out of it. Having trouble focusing. Forgetful. Metallic taste in mouth. Strange smelling urine and breath. I m 18 years old and have a cervical level spinal cord injury.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seemt o be related to anemia.
Blood in your mouth can cause a metallic taste because it is so high in iron. T
herefore any kind of recent injury that causes bleeding, even biting your tongue, can cause a metallic taste in your mouth.
It may also cause anemia.
I suggest to do a complete blood coutn for further evalaution.
If the diagnosis is confirmed, I recommend to take a iron supplement.
