My CT of my lungs was clear. Cardiac workup normal. My blood work showed low potassium, low iron , and white cell count of 17.1 I have been on antibiotics and have been prescribed more and also an iron pill. They say I have an infection. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Heart palpitations with breathing difficultly could be due to anxiety or anemia, hypokalemia with some sort of infection to the respiratory tract.

In your case, low haemoglobin and high WBC count could be the key factor for your problem.

You can undergo ECG,holter monitoring ( 24 hr heart activity) or 2D echo to rule out any other heart problem.

You should continue to take antibiotics with other symptommatic treatment like bronchodilators, antiinflammatories etc.

You should do regular follow-up your physician if problem remain persistent.

Regards,
