What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Irregular Heartbeat, High Rbc And Creatinine?
Hi I have been to the Er room twice now within the past month for severe shortness of breath and dizziness and irregular heartbeat and they did ekg which showed something that suggest I may have WPW syndrome. In my blood work that was done it showed I have a high RBC and my creatinine was High and my CO2 was low and my Pro BNP is elevated what do you think is going on?

you seem to have wolff- parkinson white syndrome. your symptoms point strongly towards it. in this condition there is an extra pathway for conduction of impulse from the atria to ventricles. this cause the ventricles to beat prematurly.
