What causes shortness of breath, headache and blurred vision?

I am 25 year old girl, I have been facing the vague and unexplainable symptoms like shortness of breath, mild headache, dizziness, blurred vision, vertigo, sensations all over the body, numbness in extremities, sometimes nausea, stress eating, confusion, anger, memory loss and some others. I got myself tested and it was revealed that my B12 and D3 levels are extremely low and even my prolactin levels are high. I want to ask what is exactly my disease?

Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that your problem is due to stress. And now you are suffering with stress induced hyperprolactinemia. Medication for hyperprolactenima , Vitamin B12 and D3 supplements should be started immediately to avoid further complications.

It's advisable for you to improve your diet . Take Vitamin B12 rich Diet and D3 supplements. You should also consult a psychologist personally so that he can help you with your stress that will help in control your symptoms.

Hopefully this will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr Navneet Mahajan
