General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The issue of shortness of breath while walking indicates possible compromise with the functioning of left ventricle via coronary perfusion defect most likely. Underlying atherosclerosis, smoking, high BP, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity and other contributing factors need to be evaluated for further guidelines in your case.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
