Hello welcome to the health care magic

You have breathlessness problem after slight walking.

There can be many causes which should be evaluated step by step.

Your calf examination should be done and If calf swelling present than pulmonary embolism ruled out by CT angiography or D dimer testing

Simple anemia also can lead such problem for that CBC has to be done.

Chest x ray done If Auscultation suspicious.

If cardiac cause suspected than EKG should be done

Take care

Hope this will help you

I have extreme fatigue and shortness of breath with severe food allergies. A doctor said I am bi-polar, but the meds are not really helping me and I am worried they will make inflammation in my body worse. I am in fear all the time because I don t know how I am going to work and make money like this. I am very depressed and want to avoid people. My parathyroid levels were up a little bit, but they said nothing to worry about and I did have small tumors on my thyroid , scene in an ultrasound from endocrinologist. I had an E.KG. and stress test and they were fine.

I ve been having extreme tiredness and shortness of breath going on a year now. I ve had labs, PFT s and most recently a Lexiscan all I m told are normal. I am overweight but that hasn t changed in years. Something I ve done in the past? My dx: are osteoarthritis, asthma, hypothyroidism. I need knee replacements but have to postpone that due to weight (270). I have shocky like symptoms all over my body with no warning, for years. AIC and sugars are good. Been tested for MS twice years ago, both negative. Thank you for your time.
