What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Light Headed?
i took a few to many dexidren a couple days ago, 5 to be exact recreationaly, i also took some creatine,niacine , benedryil and seroquel in a course of about 24 hrs.... i know this wasnt the smartest..... i feal relatively fine now except for a sort of annoying shortness of breath.....like i have to constantly breath deeper... this is also kind of making me light headed... my heart is roughly 60 bm and not sure about blood pressure. i am 24 with no heart problems in my history. but i smoke.... is there a serious issue. i should be concerned about? is there anything i can do to help my lungs function better?

this post amphetamine symptoms are a problem ,first thing you need to do is quit smoking and quit use of these recreational drugs ,these things harm in due course of time.
you should start steam inhalation three times a day that will somewhat improve your problem
you should consult a pulmonologist ,he can get a chest xray done and see if there is any pathological issue .
don't panic, nothing seems too serious but if u continue with these habits then it can result in serious issues
