What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Vomiting And Cough?

18, 170 lbs mid build. shortness of breath and occasional vomiting when i exert quite a bit of physical energy. cold air makes me cough being too hot makes me cough. (wearing a coat and heating up causes cough or if outside is rather hot and i m physically working) Around 2 years ago i got sick with bronchitis and the coughing and heavier sensitivity to cold/heat started. i was sick for about 2 months.

Thanks for contacting HCM.

As per your history you have bronchitis. Cough with expetoration is associated with it. Sometimes severe coughing can also cause vomiting due to the cough reflexes. Bronchitis is generally treated with antibiotics, broncho dilators. You told about cold and got environmental exposure leading to the exacerbations of cough. For that montelukast Is choice of drug.
Please take advice from physician about dose of all drugs.
Preventive measures,
Avoid exacerbating factors as much as you can.
