General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [rheumatologist] and do blood differential count only.
2) You can take OTC painkillers like [ibuprofen] along with a prescription medication like [pantoprazole].
3) Discuss with your physio for specific exercise plan.

Do follow lifestyle modification like this:

1) Apply heat or ice. Try placing hot compresses or a heating pad on the painful area several times a day. Keep the heat on a low setting and then apply Ice.
2) Take Rest and try to avoid activities that make your pain worse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
