What Causes Shortness Along With Chest Pain And Fatigue?

My son feels shortness of breath at times, chest pain, head is a little achy, his whole body is weak. he has chills and a fever of 102.3 since Sunday. He is 25 yrs old. He doesn t have a cough or running/stuffy nose, so not sure why his chest hurts. He s been taking dayquil and Nyquil and drinking lots of water.

Hello,

 These symptoms not neglected. Fever, chest pain and dyspnea not neglected. Your workup was done as follow.
_Auscultation 
_Chest x-ray 
_EKG 
_Blood pressure measurement 

According to the report, cause confirmed, and then treatment is done. If needed, spirometry done for further workup.
