What Causes Short Spells Of Dizziness And High BP?

Hello, I have been having short spells of dizziness that last for no more than 10 seconds. I have been sitting down as well as standing up when this occurs. I don t feel like the room is spinning. I have gone to see a doctor, who says my blood pressure is a little high 147/85. I am a 45 yo male. He put me on very small dose of lisinopril. I just had 2 week followup and still have the feelings. I have also been having sporadic headaches, which occur in the back of my neck specifically on my left side. The doctor has order a ct and doesn t seem to have any ideas? Do you have any?
