Hello dear

Thanks for writing to HCM

Please do not worry at all, there are some hormone changes in female body with time especially after marriage, then there may be changes at menopause.
There may be some changes in flow of blood during menstruation.
It also depends on your mental status and HB level.
I would suggest you take Syrup Evecare for a month or two to normalise it. Also please do not stress yourself and eat healthy food.

Hope that helps
Thanks
