What Causes Shooting Pain In Ovaries With Pain During Intercourse?

Ok so I have a dent in my left armpit. I had an ablation done in 2010 and haven t had a period since. But I have been having pain in my ovaries that shoots up and around. I have pain during sex sometimes and it usually lasts a while. My right nipple is extremely itchy but not always. I have been constipated and my stomach has been extremely bloated. Notsure if these combined mean anything but I am not sure
