From history it seems that due to folliculitis on upper right leg gives rise generalized bodyache, malaise, fatigue, headache.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Take Ibuprofen, paracetamol combination medicine round the clock for 1-2 days.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
