What Causes Sharp Pain Under The Right Shoulder Blade?
I have a intermittent sharp pain under my right shoulder blade. I noticed it first last night when lying in bed. I moved and it went away. It has come and gone throughout the day. I don t have any chest pain or shortness of breath. Do I have anything to worry about.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, you must try and relax your back and shoulder muscles. Nothing to worry really, but at this time you must be careful about lifting heavy objects. You can take paracetamol for the pain or try hot fomentation.
