Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms are suggestive of costochondritis. Nothing much to worry as it is a harmless condition and can be managed easily. As of now take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac. If pain persist consult a physician and get evaluated. In that case we have to rule out certain other conditions.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
