What Causes Sharp Pain Under The Breasts?
I am a 51-year-old female who had breast cancer and I am having sharp pains under my left breast and upper diaphragm and painful spasms that go into the back around my body I also had a colonoscopy last year with numerous lesions in that general area that we cut out.

It could be costochondritis.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
