What Causes Sharp Pain Radiating From Ribs To Chest?
i have a pain that starts at the bottom of my ribs and then travels all the way up to the middle of my chest, a sharp but achey pain that makes me feel sick and it feels like something is exploding when it gets to the top, i keep feeling like i am going to faint as well

It is neuromuscular pain, which may be caused by either costochondritis or spine problems. Take Ibuprofen 400 mg, three times a day after meal for five days, if it doesn't help, refer to a doctor to undergo examinations for spine.
