General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Possible uroinfection or urinary stones. Your symptoms indicate in first case urinary infection and you need to do urine analysis and ultrasound to rule this out. Also, drink more fluids, raspberry tea and have warm showers 3x daily, avoid intercourse till symptoms subside.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
