What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
I have a sharp pain in lower abdomen, pelvic area which started 2 days ago. No noticeable lump felt. When I stand up to walk, only pressing on that area helps the pain. I stretched to reach something this morning and felt like someone had stabbed me. YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
Lower abdominal pain may be due to cystitis or urethritis or ovarian torsion or uterine fibroid, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get ultrasound abdomen and urine examination.
Use tablet Drotaverine and Mafenemic acid twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
