What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
I'm at work. Just now I reclined the chair I was sitting on; as I did this I got a very sharp pain in my left lower side. It actually felt like an organ was trying to come out of my skin. It feels sore. I have never felt this before. I'm at work; can't go seek any medical care. My pulse is racing because it was very scary.

I really appreciate your concern, chest pain can never be taken as a granted and it has to be ruled out for cardia disease so better to get done the EKG, of course it could be due to acid peptic disease, till the cardiac disease being ruled out better to try PPI and the best is Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, in differential diagnosis it could be muscular pain hope this information helps.
